Since 1984, DTG has worked with international clients to provide project teams and supplemental staff to worldwide locations. We assist our clients with any immigration issues that may surface before, during, or after the placement has occurred. Our legal and administrative teams are well versed in every aspect of immigration, employee classification, and contract negotiations related to IT and its associated vocations.
During the financial crisis in 2008-2009, a Fortune 500 Finance company approached DTG and requested that we hire their consultants they were not able to hire as full-time employees due to the restrictions of the agreement in a pre-packaged bankruptcy proceeding. DTG complied with the request, and we were able to source and payroll the critically needed resources to get the company through this difficult time.
Staffed the entire Digital Communications Group below the CVP level; Analysts, Intranet/Web specialists, web designers. This group is responsible for the implementation, upgrades and training of the intranet collaborative platform Jive.
Staffed 30+ PeopleSoft Technical Developers, Functional Analysts and Administrators to work on the PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM upgrade. Consultants duties covered the initial upgrade, implementation, customization and support of the platform. Most consultants were retained and given additional assignments after the upgrade was completed due to the high quality of their work.
